Her areas of expertise include commercial transactions such as purchase and sale, leasing, lending and title insurance as well as regulatory matters, land development, easements and servitudes, covenants and restrictions, and corporate and business association law. Ms. Ezell also has experience in business and public finance transactions, economic and industrial development, and community redevelopment programs including tax incentives, tax-exempt financing and public-private partnerships.

An active community trustee, Ms. Ezell is a member and immediate past chair of the Board of Directors for OneJax, a member of the Board of Directors for the Mandarin Museum & Historical Society, and a member of the Board of Governors of the Jacksonville University Public Policy Institute.   A former member of the boards of HabiJax and Lutheran Social Services, she is also immediate past president of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Jacksonville and is an alumna of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2012.  In addition, she served on the City of Jacksonville’s Mobility Plan Task Force from 2010-2011 and was a member of the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission from 2008-2010. She was named a Woman of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2011.

She was selected as a Florida Bar Leadership Academy Fellow in 2013. In addition, Ms. Ezell is a member of Phi Delta Phi, a life member of the UF Alumni Association and a member of the Gateway Girl Scout Council. She is married and has two children.
