The Ezell Law Firm is celebrating its ten-year anniversary in 2019, announced Brenda Ezell, owner and sole shareholder. The firm’s longevity is particularly notable because Ezell specializes in commercial real estate law, and her firm was founded during an extremely difficult time in local and national real estate markets.
“I am so proud that our firm is standing strong ten years after such a challenging time during the Great Recession here in Jacksonville,” said Ezell. “We are now ideally poised for expansion after a decade as a solo practitioner, and I couldn’t be happier.”
Located in Jacksonville, Florida, the Ezell Law Firm provides legal representation in all areas of commercial real estate including commercial leasing, real estate financing and land development. The firm works with clients to understand their needs and objectives and provides clients with professional consultation and financial predictability with a flat-fee pricing schedule.
The Ezell Law Firm is certified by the National Minority Supplier Diversity Counsel as a Minority Business Enterprise, by the State of Florida as a Veteran, Woman and Minority Owned Business Enterprise, by the Florida Department of Transportation as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and by the City of Jacksonville as a Small and Emerging Business (JSEB)
